Unlimited Wash Pass Program
The Unlimited Wash Pass Program
The Unlimited Wash Pass Program is a subscription based plan for those who love a clean car. The Unlimited Wash Pass Program will allow you to wash your vehicle when you want for a low monthly price.
How the Program Works
- Select one of our two available Unlimited Wash Passes
- We will process your application with a valid credit or debit card of your choice.
- A small bar code is applied to the inside of your windshield.
- Your membership is automatically renewed on the first of every month.
Terms and Conditions
- Unlimited Pass participation allows for a clean car every day of the month for each registered vehicle for the unlimited month plan. The pass allows customers to access Splash-N-Dash Car Wash tunnel a minimum of once per day up to a maximum of 35 times in any given month. Membership automatically renews and is billed to the credit/debit card on the first (1st) of every month. Splash-N-Dash Car Wash takes Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. Applicable Sales Tax included.
- To upgrade your package, customer pays only the difference between the Wash Pass they are enrolled in and the package requested.
- Splash-N-Dash must place a barcode sticker on the inside of registered vehicle’s windshield. The Wash Pass selected at time of registration is specific to one vehicle by way of a bar coded sticker. Customer must notify Splash-N-Dash Car Wash if registered vehicle’s sticker becomes damaged, is no longer visible, vehicle is sold, or windshield is replaced. A new sticker will be provided at a cost of five dollars ($5.00) to participate in the program. If customer attempts to remove tag, it is likely to make the tag non-functional. If tag is removed or damaged, Splash-N-Dash will provide and install a new tag provided the subscription is paid through the following month. Ammonia based cleaners will destroy the integrity of the sticker. This will require sticker replacement at the customer’s expense. Splash-N-Dash has the right to terminate any program participant for the abuse of the program and/or program sticker.
- A wash pass may be transferred to another vehicle one time in a 12-month period. Any additional transfers will result in a service charge of ten dollars ($10.00) per transfer.
- In the event that the customer wishes to cancel program, the customer must provide ten (10) days notice of plan cancellation to guarantee that their credit card will not be charged for the following month. If participation is cancelled mid-month, there will be no refund for the remainder of the month. There are no partial month refunds.
- Unlimited Wash Pass customers must contact Splash-N-Dash Car Wash offices to give notification when any contact information changes such as address, e-mail, or credit/debit card information.
- In the event Splash-N-Dash Car Wash is unable to charge a customer’s credit/debit card due to card expiration or change in information, the customer’s program will be de-activated on the 5th day after the first of the month. Splash-N-Dash will attempt to notify customer prior to this date should an issue arise.
- Vehicles must conform to Splash-N-Dash’s dimension requirements and standards. Modifications outside of Splash-N-Dash’s standards to existing customer’s vehicle (s) may require program termination. Please see location management for confirmation that vehicle meets standards. All customers must abide by all signs present at location regarding vehicle standards.
- Unlimited Wash Passes cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or club plans.
